Write 1000 words and add html headings article based on this youtube script hi this is Dr Phil W with happy Clinic let’s talk today about your dosing of mararo or OIC so you probably started out with everyone else on the lowest dose and your doctor has slightly increased the dose every time and now you’re about 5 6 months ahead and you’re on the highest dose my opinion that’s really not the way to go I have plenty of patients that start on the lowest dose and they stay on the lowest dose for the next five six months and they’re still losing weight every month and they’re losing like I have one patient that lost 60 lbs in a period of 10 months on the lowest dose so it is possible to lose weight on the lowest dose and I highly recommended you staying on that lowest dose number one less side effects for sure the higher your doses the more side effects you have number two you don’t have to step down when you start weaning off the medication because once you get to your goal we you will want to wean off the medication number three you’ve developed good habits during those low Doses and you maintain those good habits after you come off the medication so my advice to you is to try to stay on the lowest dose as much as possible and when day six day seven comes around where you’re starting to feel hungry that’s when you need to start playing mind games with yourself telling yourself that hunger means weight loss and you drink a glass of water you wait about 15 minutes the hunger passes and then you can eat at your regular times let’s say 12:00 noon and 6:00 at night but yes you can make it through the hunger teach yourself that hunger doesn’t mean you have to eat at that moment by any means you are in control of your hunger not anybody else not the hunger being in control of you and it’s the perfect time to train your mind and your body to respond to hunger so my advice again stay on the lowest dose and stay there and you’ll still continue to lose weight and it will be easy for you to come off of the medication have a great day take care bye-bye in English
