Write 1000 words and add html headings article based on this youtube script welcome to ing good venness my name is Anthony um I am someone who went from skinny to fit and these videos are purely educational so this way you guys can go ahead especially if you are someone on the skinnier side take what you’re learning from these videos apply it be consistent with it and get your own results so for today we’re going to be just talking about um some personal mistakes that I made when it comes to muscle building and just dieting in general so this where you guys can go ahead and avoid those same mistakes and save you a lot of time because it cost me a lot of time a lot of progress and I mean these this is what it cost me right like the first few years specifically speaking I’d say the first um anywhere between two to four years I’d have to say I was just looking like this and it was a combination of different factors that came into play when it came to that right but it all in all it just kept me looking like this the pictures that you see on the screen here um obviously pretty skinny look at the fors right there I mean I generally genetically I have pretty skinny fors in general but um like holy like I just look thin and Bones from my perspective right shoulders look okay not bad um but I was just really lean essentially and wasn’t um as big as I thought I I could be right I mean looking at this now or I should rather say back then my perspective was I looked decent right I looked pretty good I got some results I mean the chest is is a little bit bigger um you know abs are kind of there not really not really right so so but kind of being older now and just like looking back on my progress back then um this is this is garbage results honestly like it’s not good results and now I know the reasons why and these are the mistakes that I will share with you guys um but just to pick it back off one more time just kind of the mistakes and what it cost me um just final picture to show you guys um I eventually did end up like getting surgery to get rid o in English
