Write 1000 words and add html headings article based on this youtube script hey everybody welcome back to what I just realized this morning is only I think our third or fourth formal research review this year and it’s already June that’s pretty insane we’ve done a couple uh informal ones that were part of our just normal coaching and client group uh but some of that had to do with travel schedule and so forth uh I mentioned as I posted the notification for this that we’ve started some new series because we want to provide uh research and interpretation with a little bit more brevity so you’re going to see some different uh static posts and reals and stories that uh encapsulate some of the research reviews we might have done but instead of doing a full 45 or 60 Minute review it’s more in bullet point format so you can you can follow us on Instagram and Facebook to find those but today I wanted to start diving in a little bit more deeply into what we’ve been talking about through some those new series The Aesthetics of health and the scientific principles to build your body uh dealing with the Aesthetics you know our physical appearance and what that means on several levels I’m I’m going to provide a couple bits of research today just to get the tip of the iceberg uh for us but this can go in so many different directions and one of the things as I started to talk to people about this that was probably just under the surface even for myself but professionally I have chosen to ignore it for more than 25 years is that how we look is probably our most driving motive and even though I said professionally I have avoided that intentionally it’s because I wish it wasn’t true and yet it is uh I have been mentoring and certifying and Licensing coaches for more than 20 years in in our discussions about what motivates clients to come see us what finally gets them into our door it’s always how they look they could have some some health scares they could have some other motivations and yet what finally gets them in the door is they get sick of how they loo in English
