Write 1000 words and add html headings article based on this youtube script hey everyone welcome back to my channel if you’re here chances are you’ve been struggling with latetime cravings and nighttime binges that you cannot seem to control and maybe it’s getting a little bit out of hand you’re in the right place cuz I know exactly how frustrating and exhausting it can be back when I was working at the hospital as a registered dietitian it was in the height of covid of course we were under staff so we were covering a lot of floors and it was stressful and by the time I got home I really was just like how do I relax and unwind and I found myself really rumaging through the pantry and getting a lot of snacky foods that are very you know high in calories more processed in general I didn’t feel full after the snacks I kept on eating and eating and eating and I found myself and my body kind of having those negative effects of that so I was feeling very lethargic I felt very guilty I felt very bloated like a lot of water retention a lot of my clothes didn’t fit as well and I was just feeling very snug and a blob really and I didn’t like that and I really was like okay how am I going to get myself out of this because I know this isn’t healthy for me mentally or physically especially in the long term and not only that back in high school when I used to really restrict my calories and undereat I was literally eating like or at least attempting to try to eat less than like a thousand calories a day I really would find myself thinking about food all the time and thinking about when my next cheat meal was going to be and how good it would feel when I opened that bag of Sour cre n and chips which that for me was like it I think that was the peak of my restriction and binging cycle towards college and when I got older it got a little bit better but I definitely still struggled with cravings and you might be finding yourself standing in front of your par your fridge and doing the same thing you might be looking for food even when you’re not even hungry o in English
